Denny Chong
Founder, CEO
Denny is the Founder and CEO of Link Capital Pte Ltd, an Agarwood (Oud) manufacturing and wholesale company. With over 20 years of experience across banking, finance and entrepreneurship, he has held leadership roles at UOB, Singapore Exchange and Brunel International. His ventures include founding Blue Magnolia, a premium pastry house and Notion 4.5, a design consultancy. Combining strategic vision with a strong sense of social purpose, Denny established Link Capital in collaboration with governments in Laos and Singapore to sustainably grow the Agarwood (Oud) industry. He also mentors young entrepreneurs through the Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE).
Jimmy Lee
Director of Business Development
Jimmy brings over 20 years of experience in the finance and real estate industries. Leveraging his expertise in financial concepts and integrated asset management and his proven track record serving high-net-worth clients, he excels at building strong investor relationships and identifying new market opportunities. A Business and Marketing graduate from La Trobe University, Jimmy’s strong communication skills, effective leadership and problem-solving abilities are key drivers in expanding Link Capital’s global footprint.
Teng Theng Dar (BBM)
Corporate Advisor
Mr Teng was the CEO of Singapore Business Federation and Ambassador of Singapore to Sultanate of Oman. He brings over 40 years of senior management experience across 12 countries in Asia, Australia and the Middle East, with deep expertise spanning FMCG, commodities, agri-food, energy solutions, ICT and infrastructure sectors. His extensive leadership roles in multinational companies, coupled with active involvement in agrotech and diverse advisory positions, uniquely position him to provide strategic guidance that drives Link Capital’s growth and global expansion. A graduate of Waseda University in Japan and recipient of Singapore’s Public Service Star, his broad international experience, multilingual capabilities and strong network across public and private sectors add invaluable insights and credibility to Link Capital’s ambitions.
Darrel Lee
Director of Operations
Darrel brings over 20 years of expertise in project operations and management within the building construction and property management sectors. A graduate of the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Business double majoring in Property and Marketing, he holds a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health and an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. His extensive experience in helping SMEs optimize daily operations for maximum efficiency aligns perfectly with his role in driving Link Capital’s operational excellence.

Signing Ceremony Between LCPL and ABKCL and Visit of UAE/Laos Ambassadors To LCPL's Centre of Excellence
Our strategic advisory group and Founder/CEO Denny Chong had the privilege to invite Professor Paul Teng (“Father of Agriculture in Singapore”) and Dr Eugene Sng from Agri-Biotech Knowledge Centre Limited to our factory to sign the Partnership Agreement with Link Capital Pte Ltd to conduct capacity and capability building using AgriTech methodology for our sustainable and green agriculture projects in Lao PDR. Immediately after the signing ceremony, together with Dr Goh Lay Beng (Director of Applied Science Dept of Temasek Polytechnic), we hosted a factory tour and business dialogue focused on deepening collaboration between SE Asia, Singapore, and the UAE.

In conjunction with the UAE Presidency of COP28 Climate Summit, sustainability was a major theme. Clean-Tech, SG companies who provide effective solutions to achieve ESG through innovations head to the UAE in Nov'23. This was one of the first opportunities for Singapore companies to be exposed to COP28 plans.

In a significant and forward-looking move, Temasek Polytechnic (TP), Institute of Technical Education (ITE), Link Capital Pte Ltd (Forestry Project Owner), REDEX Pte Ltd (Renewable Energy Certifier), Aeterni Pte Ltd (Carbon Credit and Sustainability Consulting Firm), and Bureau Veritas Singapore Pte Ltd (Validation and Verification Body for Carbon Credits) have officially inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to forge a greener future. The MOU was effective on 7 Nov 2023 at TP-ECOllab Symposium 2023 in Temasek Polytechnic. With a shared commitment to developing the green economy in ASEAN countries, the signing parties are poised to embark on a multifaceted journey, marked by innovation, collaboration, and sustainability.
